Ivan Rakitic was one of the stand out performers in Barça's win over BATE Borisov in Belarus. His first two goals of the season gave the blaugranes the win. "I have had chances to score before but it has not happened. The most important thing is to help the team, it's not easy top lay here. It was the perfect moment to score," he said. The Croatian added: "We have worked hard and we have to continue that."
The Barça number revealed another reason for the big smile on his face. "I wanted to dedicate the goal to make who is pregnant once again," he confessed.
Sergi Roberto with a groin problems
Rakitic came on in the game to replace Sergi Roberto after 17 minutes. According the Club's medical staff after the game, the midfielder has a slight groin problem. On Wednesday he will undergo more tests to find out the extent of the injury.
